The science behind EvE
Built on two decades of humanistic psychology.
EvE is not a consultancy methodology. It is a research-backed framework developed through years of pedagogical study into how human systems succeed — and why they fail.
Origin
The problem we set out to solve.
Organisations invest heavily in strategy, technology, and process — and still underperform. The reason is almost always human. Not incompetence. Not bad intent. But the invisible friction between people, roles, and values that no dashboard captures. EvE was built to make that friction visible, measurable, and resolvable.
The framework
Humanistic psychology meets organisational science.
Our breakthrough lies in applying humanistic psychology — the study of human potential, meaning, and interpersonal connection — to the structural realities of modern organisations. Where traditional OD focuses on process, EvE focuses on the human system underneath it.
People are not resources
EvE treats every individual as a whole person — with motivations, values, and relational needs that shape their performance far more than their job description.
Culture is behaviour, not aspiration
Values on a wall mean nothing. EvE measures the lived culture — the actual patterns of interaction, trust, and accountability that define how your organisation really works.
Friction has a structure
Interpersonal conflict and structural lag are not random. They follow predictable patterns that can be diagnosed, mapped, and resolved with the right framework.
Change requires safety
Lasting behavioural change only happens in psychologically safe environments. EvE builds that safety into every intervention — not as a nice-to-have, but as a prerequisite.
The team
Practitioners, not theorists.
EvE is led by people who have spent careers at the intersection of human behaviour and organisational performance.
